Informational thread will be updated as things change or need to be clarified.
All Hookup and Group Sites are SOLD OUT for the January 25-28 rally. A Wait List is available for the Group Area.
Please do not cancel any reservation. Send a PM to Shannon (bapsjp) so she can help another person on our waitlist attend.
Several people have asked about attending RITV 4 without camping over the weekend. The schedule of events is posted in the Present Rallies and covers Thursday check-in through Sunday mornings departure. If you are not camping, you have to pay the park ranger $6 for a day pass each day you come into the park. Once inside, you would drive to the Group Area campground and check-in at the Pavilion. The Rally fee is $20 and includes a ticket to the raffle, as well as the Baked Potato/Salad dinner on Saturday. If you are not participating in the dinner/raffle on Saturday, we are asking $5 for the rally fee to cover check-in materials and other rally expenses.
Your hosts for this year’s event are:
Bruce and Shannon Pound (bapsjp)
Larry and Cathy Ross (art teach)
white elephant: Bob and Robin Porter (bobnrobin)
art project: Cathy Ross (art teach)
banner: Mike & Joanne (sealyin)
We are thankful for the previous hosts: Jac & Kelli Daccardi (Jacster) and Bob & Genny Traxler(Trax) for initiating this annual event, RITV & RITV2 and BobnRobin (Bob & Robin), READYFORRETIREMENT (Chuck & Sue) and sealyin (Mike & Joanne) RITV3.
They set the bar high and we hope we can do justice to this wonderful yearly event.
I also have to give a shout out to my mentor Randy Spiker. I have used his organizational postings as the template for this rally. Thank you Randy for your skills. It sure has made it easier for me to make sure all the bases were covered. Now on to the information.

Friday Evening Potluck
We're not going to have lists of who's bringing what........too complicated and unnecessary. Instead we're going to follow the very successful method utilized at other rallies........"bring something you like to eat. This insures you won't go hungry". All food groups were very well represented at last year's event and everyone seemed to like the concept.
Let's Play Raffle (after potluck)
A frivolous raffle of fun, playful, inexpensive items.......hopefully a good time for all.

We are having a baked potato bar. We will supply the butter, salt and pepper and the baked potatoes, salad and a simple dessert. We encourage rest of the attendees to supply the “fun” stuff that could go on a baked potato. Again bring what you would want to eat on yours so if you are a meat loving or a vegan person, you will have something that you will enjoy eating.
Here are some ideas:
Basics: cheese, chives, sour cream, bacon bits.
Cheese: Cheddar, blue cheese, shredded Colby Jack, Provolone.
Protein: chicken, steak, pork, black beans, portobello mushrooms
Vegetables: corn, tomatoes, sautéed onions, bell peppers, avocado, broccoli.

Nature Center Hours
Sunday thru Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
These are the listed activities that are on the calendar for White Tank Mountain Regional Park.
Friends and Fitness Jan 25, 2018 - (08:00 AM - 10:15 AM)
Desert Bingo Jan 25, 2018 - (02:00 PM - 03:00 PM)
We ask those staying in the hookup sites and the group site to contribute $20 to help us cover expenses. We need to purchase things like trash bags, the ice chests filled with ice and water, paper plates, forks, napkins, cups, potatoes, etc. All of this is paid from these funds. We will be doing a 50/10/10/10/10/10 raffle to help defray any additional costs. Any money not used for purchasing items for the rally will go into the 50/10/10/10/10/10 prizes. This can be paid at check-in.
Bob and Robin will be running this again this year. To keep the game from running too late into the night we will only have one white elephant per RV and only steal once. That way there is some unpredictability and we won't be there until the crack of dawn.
