I downloaded the Wikicamps app the other day for my laptop, Android tablet and phone. I am not one who usually pays for a phone app but this time I did (there is a free version with ads). This is a great app for trip planning. In July we are heading to Glacier and then do a little Gem mining in MT and ID and then from there we are heading to OR for some Ghost Town exploration. This app made it a breeze to plan our route and find campgrounds to stay in. It has links for all the listed...

not bad for a buck 99. Missing a few places, but perhaps a private campground may have to pay a fee for inclusion in the database.

I downloaded the free version yesterday and after getting it setup, I think it will be a nice addition to the RV Parks and Campgrounds app I currently use.

Rob, Have a great time. Can't attend this year as we will be on the road during that time. We will be up there in late July, so we will check your site and stop by if you are there.

I so wish we were in town so that we could go out of town to camp with you and others. Have visited Wood's Canyon several times vowing that we would stay there. Have not made it yet. Enjoy......from your pictures, small and intimate, it looked like a wonderful time.

Would love more info on this. Sounds like a nice place and maybe we could swing it. I looked at the campground on Rec.gov and there doesn't seem to be any reservable sites available that weekend. That's a long drive for us to hope on getting a site.
