A SMOKEY MOUNTAIN RENDEZVOUS

(A spontaneous campout of fellow LOA members,
open to anyone who wishes to attend on their own.)
A few LOA members have decided to just go camping together in the Smokies on the same weekend, and invite you to join us!
A ) The place:
Indian Boundary NFS Campground, on the Tennessee/North Carolina border (Tennessee side).CLICK HERE FOR RESERVATION SITE It's a wooded campground in the Cherokee National Forest near Tellico, Tennessee. It is on a small non-motorized lake and has a swimming area.
The park has hookups of at least electricity at every site. Water is available at group faucets and there is a campground store with ice and some food supplies.
B ) The date range:
Most are arriving Wednesday, May 17th and departing Sunday, May 21, 2017. Your dates are up to you.
C ) The campground area:
Some sites are already reserved, so find something close to us and make your reservations.
D ) The subject of food:
Although there are no plans for a food event, one can't rule out the spontaneous pot luck meal. You might consider this in your packing and add something that might be appropriate to share.
LOA member who have already made reservations are in Sites 29, 47, 48, 50 and 57.
Make your reservations, post that you are coming, and we'll see you there!.
